I’m the owner and primary consultant of Twin Peaks Vitality. And I get it. Being a business owner is a lot of work. You’re passionate about your business and you love what you do. But there’s never enough time to get it all done!
After 16 years in the corporate world, I set out on my own adventure and created Twin Peaks Vitality to bring big company expertise to small businesses. Over the past six years, I have been dedicated to helping clients like you elevate your business. I have worked with clients in a variety of industries, including restaurants, retail, hospitality, supply chain, healthcare, and higher ed.

More About Me: A Minnesotan at heart, I made the move to Salt Lake City in 2020. When I’m not working, you can find me outside on some kind of adventure or in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes.
My passion for the culinary industry led me to attend culinary school while working in the corporate world. After completing my training, I continued to moonlight as a pastry chef in a few local restaurants and eventually started my own successful side business as a personal chef and caterer. In the blink of an eye, I have accumulated 16 incredible years of working within or for the hospitality industry…
With my diverse work experience and interests, I bring a unique perspective and skillset to any project or task. I also understand the challenges of owning a small business and the work it takes to bring dreams to fruition. I love that I’ve created a business that allows me to bring all the pieces of me together – and can help others achieve success.
